CHRIS ADAMS CONSTRUCTION WAS ESTABLISHED IN 2009.
Since 2009, we have worked tirelessly on 40 complete house remodels, numerous commercial buildings and over 500 remodeling projects. We have the tools and the skills to take care of all your needs.

In 2009 Chris was completing his degree in construction management at Dunwoody College of Technology. His final project involved creating a business plan. Chris went one step further and registered his LLC with the state. This is how Chris Adams Construction was formed.

Chris's previous customers had been calling and inviting him back into their homes for handyman work after each of his previous remodeling projects. He decided to take advantage of the goodwill he had created and go out on his own full time.

Over the next few years, Chris worked for insurance companies. His crew attended over 300 emergency losses both in multi family and single family residential properties. He had a few commercial losses including a dentist office, window manufacturing plant and a thrift store.

In 2012, they joined with Invitation homes and completely remodeled 30 houses along with completing over 200 other projects. His crew also remodeled over 200 apartment units. Since then Chris and his crew have remodeled hundreds of properties and helped to put dozens of homes on the market.

WHAT WE'VE ACHIEVED
• Unlike most contractors, we have developed our team to perform most tasks reducing the need for sub-contractors.

• Remodeled hundreds of homes and many commercial properties in the Twin Cities metro area.
